Rob Ryan Projects Is a building design, interior design and property development company focused on bespoke residential projects.

This new two storey house in Port Melbourne presented an opportunity to design a contemporary family home in a consistent modern style. The site is only 4 metres wide which created a challenge and an opportunity for light wells and internal courtyards to allow natural daylight to penetrate the interior.

The material palette reinforces the intimacy of the relationship between architecture and context, with the Pacific Teak timber screens and decks resembling the adjacent Spotted Gum trees.
